Request Account Deletion
You have the right to permanently delete your ZeroToHero account and all associated data at any time.

Delete directly from the app (fastest)
- 1Open the ZeroToHero app and sign in to your account.
- 2Tap your profile icon and go to Account Settings.
- 3Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
- 4Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete Forever.

Request by email (if you can't log in)
If you no longer have access to your account, email us and we will manually process your deletion request within 30 days.

Permanently deleted immediately
- Your name, email address, and profile information
- Profile photo and bio
- All authentication tokens and sessions
- Community memberships and enrollments
- Messages and notification history
Retained for legal / financial compliance
- Payment and transaction records (retained for 7 years per financial regulations)
- Anonymised usage analytics not linked to your identity
